HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY TOWELS?

To maintain the absorbency and durability of your towels over time avoid using bleach or fabric softener, which may contain chemicals that can weaken the towel fibers. For complete washing instructions, please review our, Fabric Care Guide.

ARE YOUR ORGANIC COTTON COLLECTIONS CERTIFIED?

Yes. Our organic cotton collections have all been GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • GROUND (arrives in 3-5 business days)
  • 3 DAY SELECT (arrives in 3-4 business days)
  • 2ND DAY AIR (arrives in 2-3 business days)
  • NEXT DAY AIR (arrives in 1-2 business days)

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders shipping via UPS ground to be processed. Orders that include basic bedding including comforters and pillows will ship separately.

Please allow 2-4 business days of additional processing time for monogram orders. This includes monogram orders that are shipping via an expedited method.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes. We partner with the third-party shipping provider GlobalShopex.com to process our international orders.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 5 business days from the date that the item was received to our offices for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item(s) have shipped or your card has been refunded.

Yes. Gift Cards and Monogrammed Items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
