HOLIDAY 2016 RETURNS
All orders placed from November 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 will be eligible for return until January 31, 2017.
We accept returns or exchanges for your order within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in the original unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. We are not responsible for items lost in transit and recommend that you use an insured courier and retain your receipt. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request that is not in compliance with our policy.
All Monogramming and Gift Card orders are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for refund or exchange.
Please contact our third-party international shipping provider Global Shopex to process your international return or exchange.

HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?
If you ordered directly on kassatex.com, please email your order number to email@example.com to receive your complimentary shipping label.
We do not process returns or exchanges for orders placed through any of our retail partners including but not limited to Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom or Bed Bath and Beyond. Please contact the retailer from which you ordered for assistance.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow 5 business days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your new item(s) have shipped or your card has been refunded.
